Cooking from Blogs!
This is the first adventures in cooking post -- there may or may not be others. It all depends on what else is out there, and whether I find recipes that I want to try posted on blogs. The first comes from my blogging friend, Michael Leddy, and it can be found at his blog Orange Crate Art. The recipe is a great, and easy to create, tuna and pasta dish. Not only does it taste great, but it's an easy way to include some fish into your diet. Oh yeah, and the best part is it's fast, but not fast food! Follow this link for the recipe. Jason, I'm glad you like this recipe. For a while, it was the favorite with my kids. If you make it often, treat yourself to a lemon zester (if you don't already have one) -- that'll make it easier to add lots of zest. : )
